TOTAL entered Fiji and Tonga markets through the acquisition of Shell’s assets in November 2006 and has quickly established itself as a market leader in the inland and marine fuel markets in Fiji.
In 2015, Total (Fiji) Ltd decided to increase their online presence and they believed the best way would be by joining the biggest online social media – Facebook. We had done their social media setup and launched their Facebook page in 2015. After their launch we began running paid campaigns and advertisements to engage with the audience. In the following months and years, we ran a number of campaigns on Facebook to achieve a number of sales and marketing goals, such as; geographical sales increase, general sales increase, increase brand awareness, promote new products, public relations, get feedback from customers and increase market share.
We have worked with their counterparts at their Asia-Pacific Head Office in Singapore. Additionally since late 2016, we have worked on building their mobile application which was launched in 2017 and a updated application got released in early 2018. Furthermore we have also assisted TOTAL during their entry to the Papua New Guinea market in 2016.
We have also worked with TOTAL to monitor any negative comments and articles about them on the internet.
